PRDnationwide Shailer Park was established in September 2003 in the growth area of the Southern corridor of the Logan District, 28 kilometres south of Brisbane.
Owned and established by Brian Watson, the office has grown from a vacant double shop in the heart of the Shailer Park Real Estate District, to a premises which now dominates the area visually, professionally and performance wise.
The Franchise has three business arms which are Residential Property Sales and Property Management and Commercial Property Sales.
Geographically, the business focuses on the Suburbs of Shailer Park, Tanah Merah, Cornubia, Loganholme, Meadowbrook and Daisy Hill from a Residential Sales viewpoint and branches out to other surrounding suburbs in Commercial Sales and Property Management.
From inception the business has placed an emphasis on Technology, Marketing and Customer Service and strives to be the market leader in these disciplines in it's area of operation.
