Over the past forty-odd years I, like most people, have bought and sold numerous properties. In all these transactions I was left with the feeling that all of the real estate agents were really working for themselves and if they achieved anything that was remotely like what I wanted, it was more good luck than good management.
When I decided to list my property for sale I was faced with the dilemma of which agent to choose. About a week prior there was a flyer placed in the letterbox with a contact name of Jason Heskins, so it was decided to give Jason a call and see what he could do for me.
On meeting Jason and after talking to him for about 45 minutes, he came across as a well-presented young man who had done his research on properties that had recently sold in the area and also those that were presently for sale. Jason also had a positive marketing policy and he gave me the impression that if anyone could sell the property, he could.
The property went on the market in early December - not you would think the best time to market a property. It was sold the first day it was opened for inspection and I was more than happy with the sale price.
I cannot speak highly enough of Jason. His professional and positive attitude certainly was a very refreshing change from all the other real estate agents that I have dealt with over the past years.
I strongly recommend Jason to any person who is considering selling their home.
